Building a Custom Member Portal on Top of Wild Apricot

We rebuilt NZSAE's member experience on Drupal 11 while keeping Wild Apricot as the system of record. Here's what was actually hard — the API limitations, the sync decisions, and the flows Wild Apricot won't let you touch.
